Have you cleared/moved your cache folder located at %localappdata%/TeamSpeak, and then tried starting the client again?
Notice: proceed with caution when deleting the cache as this could result in local data loss. Rather than deleting you may want to rename the folder and revert back if it has not solved the issue.
