I redeemed the first two badges at 20:15.
And the other one at 19:20.
Then why is displayed to me for example 16:30. :D?
The display says WHEN you have redeemed the badge, right? Maybe I’m wrong ^^
Unimportant, but if it’s a bug, here’s the info ^^
This is not a bug. It is just not displayed in your time zone.
So far the time zone has always been right

We checked your 3 badges and in system they got applied the time you see.
This is what the internal logs show us.
Time you see there is UTC
