[BUG] Can't select channel for quick whisper

Describe the bug
You can no longer select channels using multiselect to use as a whisper target.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Set a hotkey for quick whisper to selected
  2. Select some users / channels using Ctrl + LMB
  3. See channels not being selected

Expected behavior
You can select channels using Ctrl.

As described in voice.

This is actually per design and needs that you select the users with CTRL or CTRL + Shift key.
