Just having used the license in the past is not enough. I may used wrong words for what i meant to say. Let me retry. It was important that you actively used the license or it became invalid on it’s “ending date” and did not renew then. That is and was the only way to renew the NPL. The NPL project was canceled a while ago. There is no way to get outdated NPLs renewed or to get a new NPL.
