For some reason when you poke somebody on ts5 they can’t hear the poke while they have sound muted, back in ts3 we used to be able to hear the poke sound when we had sound muted, would be nice to have it back.

This is possible.
Open Settings -> Notifications
Under Messaging this can be enabled.
In case you can’t see this section do a right click and enable the advanced menu for that section
