I’m new here.
Tried to make an account with the username ‘Jmac’.
It fails and just says ‘Cannot process queries’.
Took me way too long to realize that it’s a minimum character limit or duplicate username issue.
Tried in both the application and browser with similar vague failure report.
No info about it so hopefully this helps someone…

It’s the username already in use error when this happens.
That it won’t tell the exact error is a current bug we face (after our maintenance last week) and have on our todo for next days.

It said “Process queries could not be completed. ”
I had tried many times.
What is wrong?
A fix for the issue was published some minutes ago.
