Can't start streaming

When I try to start the stream, an endless loading screen begins. Everything was working fine a few days ago.
Can you tell me if there are solutions to this problem?

Upd: I also found that I couldn’t create a group chat, and the endless download also starts (eventually the message “unable to create group chat 1” appears, but the download still doesn’t end)

Are you still affected by this issue?

Do you see a disconnected message in the left sidebar?

Yes, unfortunately, the problem is still relevant.

I also checked a few more points:

  1. My friend had the same problem around the same time
  2. I also checked if I can stream my screen while on the Official TeamSpeak Community Server. As it turned out, for some reason I can safely start broadcasting there (attached a screenshot)
  3. Out of curiosity, I tried using a VPN. Didn’t help (neither for chat nor for stream)

Can you please forward me more information about the chat you are trying to start the stream.

Please hold ALT while right clicking a message in the chat and go to Show Details and send me all of the details via a DM.


If nothing is loading in the chat, please send me clean logs from your machine as well as your friends one:

Personal messages aren’t loading and the screen isn’t showing. I can see what they’re writing to me, but I can’t see the message itself, and I can’t show the screen. It just loads and that’s it. I can’t see someone else’s.

It looks like we’re experiencing issue with your specific chat server, I’ve poked the team and they’ll check what is causing the issue.

I am unable to perform many actions due to issues related to my account or the program that I am not familiar with. I cannot leave the group chat channels I joined, I am unable to watch streams, I cannot join new channels, and my friends say they see that I joined when they create a new channel and send a link, but I cannot interact with anything in the program. What could be the reason for this? I uninstalled the TeamSpeak application from my computer, removed all its leftover files, and reinstalled it, but I still cannot perform any actions. I also researched the issue online and checked the resolved requests, but none of them worked. How can I fix this problem?

We are aware of these issues and will fix it as soon as possible. Since not all staff members are already back in office, this may until Monday to resolve.
