You must be on the banlist or else you would not get the message that you are banned.
Are you sure that they’ve unbanned your Client + myTSID + IP address?

Then there is 0.01 % left and your screenshot tells us, that you are still banned. As Rikku mentioned, there are several possibilities to get banned (IP, myTS, etc.). The server admin/owner can filter your ban reason „Blacklisted Member - Garry“ inside of the banlist to find the ban and delete it.

they have done everything and i have reset my router and nothing has changed is there a way teamspeak themselves can up the ban.
