Channel Commander TS5

Hello,
I have noticed TS5 got the channel commander feature, I wonder if you can only assign it and it works only on TS3?
How can I speak to other channel commanders in TS5?

This feature to enable or disable and to see a channel commander was added.
Same as in TS3.

Just talk to the person. It’s just a status.

Whisper is not implemented yet.
