I have TS3 client on windows 64 bit and I can’t see any rooms and users when I join a server.

On top, under ”Self” option, you have this ‘cloud-like’ icon. Press it until it shows an eye and voila.
Additionally, grab a left edge of banner and pull it to the right. You have it stretched.

Please check if you have the following symbol on the left or right edge when you move the mouse pointer over it. With this you can move your server tree back as you like.
