try a different browser worked for me

why should a different browser change that the server is starting? I have one and i can start but it stay at starting community
Looks the same in chrome edge and firefox of course :smiley:

Still not working for me. It is still at starting server and suspended.

Hey, for issues with suspended servers or servers not starting, we are in the process of investigating & fixing those.

As you can imagine, there are a lot of servers we need to go through, so please bear with us.

Hello, just purchased a 10 slots server and when i try to create the community (Selecting Frankfurt 1)

I got an error saying "Region do-fra-1 is currently unavailable "

I think there’s load of server being created at the moment, but just to report the bug.

Same thing here from France, paid for a community in hope to test as a replacement from Discord Nitro, nothing is working.

Can we have - at least - a server status page ? An ETA ? A post about the on-going situation ? Are the server physically ok ? Anything, just keep us updated, we paid for something.

And to the marketing team : if you wanna go for a very agressive strategy, make sure the tech guys are ready first.

I’ve been waiting about half an hour for my paid Teamspeak community to spin up. The website says “Starting community…” and the client returns “failed connection initialization”.

if this will not work for you, then please

The server is not online. That is the issue.

Same here. I have been waiting for the last 6 hours with my community showing “Starting Community.” Now, I can’t even get signed in. I am stuck logged in on Chrome and the site refuses to let me sign out, I suspect that’s a visual bug. When logging in with other browsers I get told that there was a problem and to contact support.

@SYOX I am also affected by this for my community. It was stuck on “Starting Community” for 6 hours. Now I am unable to login to the myTeamSpeak website. It states there is a problem that is being investigated and to try again later.

Hoping that I will eventually be able to use my community and Team subscription.
