Community does not work / is not started

restart my computer, logout and logon to account, its working.

On TS6 Beta 2 here - paid and created a server ā€œmoist.ny1.teamspeak.comā€ about 10 minutes ago. No one is able to connect to it though, as we’re all getting: ā€œFailed to Establish Connection to Teamspeak Server, reason: Could not resolve hostnameā€

Could you please provide your UID?

We can not find any server with your IP address or with your username.

You’ll find the UID in the URL of the dashboard.

Hi @LeonMarcelHD appreciate the quick response, do you mean this ID?: [email protected]

No I mean the UID from the server. This should look something like this:

b08991a4-ba59-412d-858e-74tgsjd1d090

If you can’t find it, you can provide your server name that you set in your dashboard or we can also search for the welcome message.

@LeonMarcelHD Apologies, my URL isn’t updating to show that UID, or I’m in the wrong space.
The server name should be Moist Boys and welcome message ā€œAll Your Base Are Belong to Usā€

Nothing shows up for the name or welcome message…

Could you send me a screenshot of your whole browser in a DM?

I am currently going through this, been a few hours now

UID 0f126d9a-df0d-4e8b-8ca4-ac202fd81378

Would love to start using TS instead of the ol’ unreliable, but not a good start…

Please try again. The Community failed to generate a API key in order to properly work.
