Does not help. But Linux is also a problem.

Yes, this happens both in windows and in Linux.

AFAIK this is a known issue. From my experience it happens if someone tries to connect to server immediately instead of waiting a bit to allow TS to load completely.
Maybe try waiting until everything loads, that is a minute or so.
I tried and after 5 minutes to connect the same garbage, only restarting helps
Same here. Also have large packet loss and it loses connection often.
The connection/race condition/whatever on startup thing is a known issue we’re looking in to.
That’s a separate server problem rather than this client one! 
Sure, just mentioned it, so maybe someone else has the same problem and I won’t be the only lucky one 
And when will you solve this connection problem? It’s somehow not very comfortable to restart the client constantly when you turn on the PC
