Connection to the server failed

Hello.
When I try to enter the server on the teamspeak, I get the error “connection to the server failed” other servers are working normally, only one error pops up. I read that you have to change the time but it doesn’t help. How to solve this problem

TeamSpeak 5 Client or TeamSpeak 3?
If you are on TeamSpeak 3 then please post your Client Log.

I’m having the exact same problem. My team changed servers and I haven’t been able to log in since…I get the same messages u do.
I’ve contacted TS support and they say “check firewall”…reallly??? WTF
If u find a remedy please let me know.
