It looks like that the chat server you are located on currently has an issue. We will have a look at this. Thanks for reporting.

Hi everyone, since yesterday (03/19) It seems like I’m disconnected from MyTeamspeak or something. I cannot connect to Group Chats, can’t see my contacts either.
I’m still connected according to > Settings → Account.
I tried to fully remove TS6 with Revo Uninstaller then re-installed and nothing’s changed.
Any help appreciate. Might be a bug as well.

It is ! But it seems like I can’t see my contacts status , they’re with me in the server but I see them offline right now. They’re not offline I asked them to double check.

In most cases this will be resolved with the next client start, as we’ve just restarted the chat server. If that’s not the case please report again

Hi,
I’ve lost any hope of getting the new TeamSpeak to work. So far I’ve tried:
- reinstalling TeamSpeak 6 completely
- relogging on my account
- removing the files mentioned above and rebooting
- changing password to myTeamSpeak and relogging
but to no avail. It seems that i have the same issue as @marijuazoz_thrifts1704467215987. Can you help me @LeonMarcelHD?

No this is actually a different error. From what it looks like you’ve previously used your TS5 and had a chat account back back then. All chat accounts got wiped in 2022 and your client tries to log in with the old credentials.
You will need to until we fixed that problem in the client itself. This is not a problem we can solve remote as there are encrypted details in your account which we can not access.
Unfortunately I don’t have a time frame for when this fix will be implemented.
