Erro de sussurro no servidor todo

Quero saber como faço para enviar sussurros para todos no meu servidor Ts3, quando eu coloco pra enviar para todos e tal, fala assim em português ‘‘Muitos focos de sussurros, foram detectados’’, quero saber como faço para mandar sussurro para todos no meu servidor

Not a bug. That’s by design.

This is when you have more than 100+ targets in your whisper list.
Do not know the exact number.

Edit:
The default value should be 100 and depends on the server settings.
When you raise the Min clients in channel before silence (Misc tab) to bigger number then the error should disappear.

and where do i get this from? on the server itself or on the ts host?

In TeamSpeak 3 right click on the server (on top of the server tree)
-> select Edit Virtual Server
-> open the tab Misc (if not shown click more on the bottom left)
-> increase the number of clients before silence:
