I have had this problem all day without improvement

Hey @LeonMarcelHD , unfortunately the problem is still persisting and I too have the same errors in my logs from yesterday and from today just like @FlandreScarlet and @Eranio .

Is there anything I can trace via a packet capture or another TeamSpeak 3 endpoint I can test to aid in getting to the bottom of this issue?

Here are is an image from the TeamSpeak client before a TeamSpeak server reboot and after a TeamSpeak server reboot. (I restarted the TeamSpeak server when I read this post and saw that it may be fixed.)

I confirmed that I can still resolve and ping the following URLs and that it is none of my DNS filtering or IPv4/IPv6 blocking access to any of the following domains: accounting.teamspeak.com, accounting2.teamspeak.com, ts3services.teamspeak.com, or weblist.teamspeak.com

The output of “wget https://ts3services.teamspeak.com” is the same as yesterday.

I just “ditched” discord in hopes that TeamSpeak would be a worthy competitor just to find that this issue that I have been trying to resolve myself is a TeamSpeak made problem that has persisted for over 7 months.

Reading “Hey guys I have this exact issue”
with the reply “it should be fixed now” 20x times in alternating succession, week in week out, is not very reassuring.

Please try now again. We’ve had a small technical issue when restarting the service on the weekend.

Hey @LeonMarcelHD , confirming that the issue is not occurring as of 11:46 AM EST! Thank you very much!

If this happens again, is it best to use this thread/forums to communicate this or is there a better place to report this?

Hello,

I am currently experiencing the same issue. Upon reviewing the log messages on my server, I noticed the following:

And the site http://ts3services.teamspeak.com/ semms to be down. Could you please fix it.

It’s online to me.

Hi @piksna

Thank you, I just tested it and when I use https:// I receive the same output as you, but as soon as I use http:// I receive an Cloudflare Error.

So does TS3 connect over http or https to the site?

I just tested on my server with https and I receive

Hello everyone,

I’m currently facing an issue with my TeamSpeak 3 server and wanted to check if anyone else is experiencing the same problem.

In the server log, I see the following entry:

2025-06-10 12:40:31.961214|INFO |ServerLibPriv | |failed to download revocation list - count: 1

On the client side, I receive this error message:

<15:04:17> The TeamSpeak server could not validate your myTeamSpeak ID. Some myTeamSpeak related services are not available.
<15:04:17> Reconnecting might solve the issue.
<15:04:17> myTeamSpeak ID is invalid

All required ports are open (both IPv4 and IPv6), and there are no connectivity issues on the server side. I also haven’t made any changes to the server files.

To rule out configuration problems, I even set up a completely fresh TeamSpeak 3 server instance — but the same error persists.

Interestingly, other servers I know of seem to be affected as well, possibly all of them.

Is anyone else seeing this issue? Could it be a problem on TeamSpeak’s backend (e.g., certificate or service outage)? Any insights would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

We’ll take care of it, once it is fixed, I will update my post.

Edit: Fixed

Thank you very much for the quick fix, LeonMarcelHD!

It might be a good idea to consider creating an official TeamSpeak status page in the future — showing the live status of essential services (e.g. myTeamSpeak, license servers, etc.).
This could help a lot of users quickly understand whether the issue is on their end or not, and would likely reduce confusion and unnecessary troubleshooting.

Thanks again for the fast response and support! :sunglasses:
