Due to a discussed issue I noticed that it would be a great option to see in the community search tab to each room the respective RoomID, so you could exclude “fake” rooms, since there is the possibility to create rooms with the same name.

This is how a room id looks. Would not say this is usable for users out there.
You’re right, I now assumed the scenario that the roomId is unique, because the room ID is generated automatically based on the room name (current status).
Say:
And based on this room address you could then see that this is the original one.
In your scenario the roomid was taken directly from Matrix and not manually matched to the name.

I meant this address here:
OK was confused because description and image are about the Room ID and not the chosen Public Address.
