I created my free 10 slot server and I don’t have admin privileges, is this normal?

Please contact the support and tell them your Account ID (can be found at the bottom in the Options -> Account) to get this solved.
Just for interest: When did you create it and what is your client version?

I could not answer when I created the server and the client version. it should be 4 months ago i think
