I had the same problem last year, I don’t remember the exact number, I had between 10-15k clients in the database. I assume that when a new user connects to the server in the database, some error occurs. When that happens, no one on the server can create a channel, spacer, etc.
In a conversation with @Gamer92000 , he suggested that we transfer the database from MySQL to PostgreSQL, but we ran into a problem where we can’t create a snapshot. I think we couldn’t create a snapshot just because the database is broken.
Btw we are wtill waiting for answer from developers.
