Just wondering, are you ever gonna update your codecs?
Listening carefully after each user speaking, you can hear some static noise in the background. No, it’s not a fault from my side, everyone can hear this.
Just thinking that the bitrate quality in 2023 could be better.
We update the codecs when there are major improvements we’d like to use.
What you report has nothing to do with any bit rate or quality.
This background noise can happen when talking user has a quiet microphone and AGC enabled.
In most cases a device has a static background and that’s why you can hear.
