How is a URL converted to a remote cache filename?

I’m attempting to fix missing images in a Teamspeak server, however I don’t know what the images were. It seems like I have most, if not all, of the images in my client’s cache, but I’m not sure on exactly where the image should go.

So, what is the format to convert a URL to the cache filename? It seems to be something like URL > SHA512 > Base64(+_), but I haven’t been successful in converting a URL yet.

You mean cached icons or what kind of images?
