Thanks for the reply, I asked the support to help but unfortunately they told me to post my problem on the forum. Maybe a TS reinstallation can help?
Reinstalling can be a solution, but it doesn’t have to be.
First, please make sure that your cache folder is not empty or destroyed.
Also make sure that synchronisation is enabled, which you can find in the options under MyTeamSpeak.
