I can't log in to my ts3 account

Hello guys!
I have a little problem when I try to connect to the teamspeak account
This appears to me in chat after I connect to a server:
<04:47:33> The TeamSpeak server could not validate your myTeamSpeak ID. Some myTeamSpeak related services are not available.
<04:47:33> Reconnecting might solve the issue.

How can i solve?
I reset my password but it still doesn’t work
