Why am I getting this warning even though there is no problem with my license?

Here in the Forum we cant help you with this. Ask the Sales Support why the Server was flagged.
The Reason can be: the owner (you) of these server have violated the license agreement so TeamSpeak flagged your server.
I don’t think I violated any, I have been using it since October, I changed my IP address last week.
Other than that, I haven’t made any changes.
I sent a message from the mail, I hope it will be resolved.

Then I guess that someone who used the IP address before was flagged. This has nothing to do with your active license.
@Rikku has already mentioned everything else. The support will take care of it.
