Issue with live streaming on different OSes

Hi everyone,

I would like to report a strange bug that my friends and I encountered while using the live streaming feature on TeamSpeak.

Here is a summary of the issue:

When I start a live stream (it doesn’t matter whether I stream a specific window or my entire screen), two of my friends who are using Linux cannot see my stream, while the friend using Windows can see it without issues.

However, the situation changes depending on who joins the stream first:

  • If the friends on Linux start watching my stream before the one on Windows joins, then the Windows user is also unable to see the stream.

  • The Windows user can see the stream only if he is the only one watching it.

  • If the Windows user starts watching first and then the Linux users join, the stream freezes for the Windows user as soon as they join.

The same issue happens the other way around:

  • When a friend on Linux starts streaming, everyone can see the stream initially.

  • However, as soon as I join the stream, it freezes for everyone.

  • When I leave the stream, it immediately returns to normal for the remaining viewers.

On the other hand, if the friend on Windows starts streaming, the live stream works as expected. It may lag slightly when I join, but apart from that, it functions correctly for everyone.

Thank you in advance to anyone who takes the time to look into this issue and help us resolve it. We really appreciate your support!
