i_client_needed_permission_modify_power
I believe the I can use this permission to avoid clients from editing client permission.
i_group_member_add_power
And also this Permission to add group member.
But when the client needed permission modify is 100 and client modify permission is 75 the client is not able to assign server groups.
actually i do not want anyone to modify private client permissions.
