If you are always disconnected from a TeamSpeak server, this usually means there is a bad or blocked connection between you and that server.
The most common reasons are:
- your ping or packet loss to the server is too high
- your internet connection is unstable
- you are using Wi-Fi and the signal is weak
- your firewall or antivirus is blocking TeamSpeak
- your router blocks or filters the traffic
- the server host uses multiple IPs and one is not properly bound
- your internet or the server is under attack (for example DDoS)
Things you should check
-
Try connecting to another TeamSpeak server. If the connection works flawlessly, than problem is likely server-specific, otherwise the problem is your connection.
-
To reduce the variable of Wi-Fi, you should try using a LAN cable for testing. Also if possible try using a different network, like a hotspot or a VPN.
-
Make sure that your firewall or antivirus is not blocking TeamSpeak. Try disabling it temporarily for testing.
If this is only happening on one server and none of the steps resolve this issue for you, please contact the server owner, the ATHP or the Hoster for further troubleshooting.
If this happens to all server, reach out to your ISP for further assistance
