I’m wanting to increase the size of my TS but I can’t seem to access my account that “owns” the server. None of my emails work to retrieve the account which is bizarre. It may be linked to an email that I no longer have access to. Could I get some assistance?

The myTS login data are the same as here in the forum.
Permissions on server are related to the identity that was used for connection. You need to find/use the same one as before. Else you need to use the serveradmin login to get permissions back. Or contact the goatee to do this.
Ps. We do not give out user details.
So if you lost Access to Email account or do not remember which one you used then nobody else can help you out.
