Can you send a screenshot of your microphone settings?
I am not sure how far the automatic mode works, but I would prefer the hybrid mode & then set the gate.
You should then look at how far the lower regulator looks with you & adjust.
This does not change anything, and moreover my parameters automatically return to automatic
