They got the server reactivated but it’s not letting me join

Yes it’s still not working. Teamspeak support email said they couldn’t connect either 
Okay, I’ve read trough the replies and saw that it is already handed off to our devs, so once there is an update they will get back to you

Adding another instance of this bug to the pile here.
Had to update payment info to reactivate server, click reactivate community, “community not found”.
Seems like the common response from support is to be content that people have opted to pay for another community rather than to wait for a glacial response to a critical backend issue that has been present for over a year, it seems.

I already had a Server for half a year. One payment didnt go through. 5 Minutes later, I paid it.
Server just got closed, not a possibility to “continue” when it got shut down.
I thought to myself, alright, thats a shitty option. Why place a reactive community button there, when it clearly doesn’t work, but its alright. I’m just going to open another community.
Set the next community up, paid the monthly subscribtion and had no issue to use it for a month.
Today, next payment due, the second one just got shut down, because the payment didn’t get executed. I didn’t know I have to manually pay on a subscribtion based model. At least give me a hint, before just shutting down the server. Now I manually executed the payment for the subscribtion, and can neither claim the community, nor open up a new one, because a new issue just consumed all of my bought slots from my account.
Update:
I just bought more slots. I am unable to alter the initial set up slots on the community, when trying to reactivate the community.

My yesterday created community also got suspended, but I got all my slots, that I paid for, back now.
When i try to reactivate a community with the related button, it says “community not found”. Can you Help?
