Good evening, I would like to resolve recovery key issues. I have tried several times to get my new key but it doesn’t work. I want to synchronize it with my cell phone. As I recently changed my password and I don’t have the old recovery key, every time I try to get the new one, the password tab opens but then the recovery key tab doesn’t open.
