Server will shutdown by itself

Sorry, English is not my native language, please forgive my grammar mistakes

i use the newest version in homepage
i use a windows server 2019
and i can run it transient,even i do nothing,it will shutdown by itself !
when it start first time , it has the same situation.
there are two log file found in log dir:

is someone can help me here ?

You need to run the server from a place or from a user which has enough permissions on your system.
Sometimes, moving server to a different drive helps, sometimes missing windows updates + restart help.

Also check that no antivirus tool blocks the server.

even the sever run as adminstrator and has all the ntfs jurisdiction with it install dir , it has the same situation too…

i know that someone file is missing or server has no permission to create/read it
but , which the file path does the missing file should be existence ？

all right,that is the answer…
restart the OS can work out it ,
sorry that i do not follow the suggested when first answer
because for some resault it is difficult to restart my OS , it always take hours , and it laste restart is half a year ago…
