Some contacts can send messages normally to me and I can visualize them, however some other contacts can see my messages but I can’t see them.
Could you please clarify what you mean by “I can’t see them”?
Do you mean that you cannot see the messages you sent yourself, although the recipients receive them? Or can you see your own messages but not the replies sent by those contacts?
Please try removing and adding one affected contact again, then restart the client and send another test message. Please also attach screenshots of the same conversation from both sides so that we can see whether the message is delivered but only missing locally.
I was able to see my own messages but couldn’t see theirs, I’ve already tried readding the contact, uninstalling TS6 and even cleared the cache but nothing had worked at the time. We just slept through it and it suddenly worked. Though, one of the contacts I’ve mentioned is struggling to share his screen, but we are testing if synching time on Windows fixes it
So the messages are now back and chat wise everything works now?
Regarding the scree share, it might be possible that the router / ISP is somehow blocking connections. You may check out this post. It’s a detailed guide which already helped a few users:

Yeah, messages just began displaying like normal; can see his and he can see mine.
I’ll be sharing these with him since he’s the only person in TS that I know of that’s struggling with screen sharing
