I think it would be good if the creator of the chat room had more rights than an admin he hired.
example: one of our admin leaves us and doesn’t quit, we want to remove it for security reasons, but the client won’t let us because we have the same rank.
And if there are a lot of us in the group, we don’t want to create a new group.
It would be good… but AFAIK that’s how Matrix handles permissions.
The only way to archive that is to only have one admin in the room.
Then a delete room or invite user to another room option?
That’s also not how Matrix works. All users must leave or get kicked first, else the room stays alive.
We discussed that internally more than once but here Matrix does what it does.
