Team Speak Server won't recognize licensekey (expired)

Hey there,

Our TeamSpeak Server can’t recognize our License when starting.
We have a Sponsorship License with 128 Slots but can only set 32 because it won’t recognize the License.
It all worked fine for a year (with 128 slots) until the license expired and we had to get na new one from TeamSpeak.

The log states:

Your whole post explains why the server does not accept the license.
It is expired and you can no longer use that one.

That’s all i can say from technical side.
Why it is expired is a question for our “Sponsorship Enquiry”

Hey Chris,

well that is the problem - I wrote with Dave from Sponsoring and he gave me this license as a new one today.
Its a freshly generated one.
It can’t be expiredz

I don’t know what to do anymore

As i wrote i can not say from technical side. The license file you use is expired. Maybe you are still using the old one :man_shrugging:t4:.

**Edit **

  • Make sure you replace the file wit the new one.
  • You may open it with an editor to check the end date (do not save the file or you may destroy formatting)
