As said there is an problem with your audio device > Check your drivers.
Or the directsound_winxx.dll is blocked by other software (antivirus etc).

as soon as i open the ts3 client it crashes i tried diffrent versions of ts3 but none of the new ones work and i need one above the version of 3.5 older versions like 3.0 work completly fine but as i said i need
a new version to work i’ll leave a picture of the crash it might help to fix

P.s that picture you did show us shows nothing.
so i got into ts3 again with the safemode thing but there arent any plugins installed or they dont show up so how can i delete the plugins that might be causing the crash
Can you upload your Crash Dump somewhere? I will have a look into this. 
That’s the idea of safemode. It starts without any plugins. That’s why it does not crash.
You will need to delete the offending plugin manually.
Go there: %AppData%\TS3Client\plugins and delete the dll file of the plugin that results in the crashes.
If you don’t know which one it is you can simply temporarily move one plugin after another somewhere else and try again without safemode.

Hey, I’ve had the problem for a few hours that my TS3 keeps crashing and I can’t figure it out anymore, I did that with the -safemode, but I’ve seen that I can no longer install and use plugins because I am constantly over 25 security level and i need a minimum of 23 and so I cannot install any plugins and since I need saltychat I can no longer play RP and when I switch off the safemode it keeps crashing. As soon as I have switched off the safemode and the client starts again and I install a plugin, my client crashes again and again
Security Level has nothing to do with installing plugins. Its purpose is to not allow people with not enough Security Level enter a server.
What you had in mind was Plugin API Version. Your TS Client requires API Version 25 and plugin you try to install has API Version 23.
Also, as ”-safemode” parameter works like it should and allows you to open and use TS Client, use it and temporarily to get rid off of all third party plugins (in other word, every plugin you installed by yourself) and then install them one by one to check which plugin crashes your Client.
After you’ll get all answers, contact Plugin Creator directly and describe them your problem, so that they’ll be able to fix this.
We here on forum probably can’t help you, unless Plugin Creator has an account here.

I need the plug-in (Salty Chat) but it is not starting without -safemode and if I use -safemode all plug-ins get blocked 
I need another way to start the client without -safemode so my plug-ins dont get blocked.
- install plug-in
- start with safemode
- plug-in cant be used because of -safemode

Hi, so every time I try to start up TS it crashes immediately. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and nothing seems to help. Unsure what else to do.

Have you any 3rd party Plugins installed?
If so then:
try start parameter -safemode . This will disable plugins and the client may be usable again. Now you can remove 3rd party plugins and maybe the client won’t crash when you remove the parameter again.
On Windows make a right-click on the shortcut you usually would use to start the client and then select properties. Then add the parameter as shown.

Cannot enter the parameters, what should I do?
Either the window is pure white or everything is displayed but obscured. And it constantly gives an error as a result. Reinstallation does not help. The problem appeared on the new version of TS3.
Any attempt of mine to enter the parameters leads to the crash of the program.
What is a parameters tab?
I only know about start parameters from operation systems.
