My suggestion is a Server admin Panel (e.g. with ServerQuery Login),
- Where you can see the user database and edit users in there
- and create more channels at once, with copied rights and properties.
and some other functions like you have in YaTQA, but inserted in the TeamSpeak Client.
And something like a Mass Mover would be nice, so that you can move all persons from one channel to another channel.
