TeamSpeak 3 allows unauthenticated users to connect via Telnet and gives them guest ServerQuery permissions, is this no longer available with TeamSpeak 6?

Server Query can still be accessed with a guest account. Simple Telnet access was disabled though for the lack of transport encryption. You can still use SSH and WebQuery.

I just confirmed with the team and like already pointed out it is not possible to access the query without any login credentials due to the nature of an SSH connection. You would need to create a new login and adjust the permissions accordingly if you want to share access to the query with others.

Okay, after further consideration and input on your side @Gamer92000 . We’re exploring options on bringing guest query login back. No direct release date yet, however it might be included with the next beta. :slight_smile:
