You need no badge to achiev this screenshot. All icons are available via forum and you may simply create servergroups to display them.
@justgalak Go on ts3index>search client and select a badge that u wanna look for and it will show you the people that own it… lol
Guess you should try it yourself first. No user owns this badge, according to ts3index.
