The TeamSpeak server could not validate your myTeamSpeak ID

Can you help me please? How I can verify which version is my server?

It’s very easy to check your server’s version. Click on the server’s name, and chech in the right side bellow the server banner. It says exactly what version you have.

Hello im Sepe2k,

i use ts3 since 2017 and i got some problems after i reset my PC to factory settings. I downlaoded teamspeak3 again and sign in. I cant see my badges in ts3 client! But if i log into myteamspeak.com, i can see all my badges. at %appdata% at ts3client by badges i have all badges and i try to logout from ts3 client and reset my passwort few times… nothing helpt…

And i got 1 more problem. If i join any teamspeak server is this apears in red : The TeamSpeak server could not validate your myTeamSpeak ID. Some myTeamSpeak related services are not available.
<03:03:32> Reconnecting might solve the issue.

I need really help to fix my whole ts3 client.

Kind regards Sepe2k

Hey @Kash1nko

Please take a look into the top of this Thread: The TeamSpeak server could not validate your myTeamSpeak ID

Reading this, we might assume you haven’t entered or even thought of your Recovery Key. Right now, as you have reset your password, you’ll either need to copy your local Identity, use Fallback option (with which you’ll lost every Bookmark and other settings saved on myTS) and import previously exported Identity.

If you don’t have your Identity exported, you’ll have to use Fallback. You’ll lose your Bookmarks and other, but you shouldn’t have this error anymore. You’ll also need to generate new Recovery Key, and this time save it to safe place.

Thank you! I have version 3.13.6 Linux. Is it latest version?

Yes, at the moment this is the latest stable build.

Hi, I had some open support tasks in the past regarding my TeamSpeakID. Support proposed to change my password and try again. Unfortunately it is not possible to change password in MyTeamSpeak Account.

I enter my password, enter new password and repeat (all double and triple checked) but if I hit the “Change Password” button nothing happens.

Could you please help me.

Thank you and best regards

Where do you do that?
TS3 or TS5 or mobile client or on myteamspeak.com ?

Did change my password more than once in clients (not on mobile) and on website.

Are you still logged into your account?

Are you sure the old password is the right one?

What does your client log tells you?

Hi Chris,

I tried it on myteamspeak.com and I am sure that I did type in the right password. It is the password I used to log into the myteaamspeak-account.

The Client log says:
The TeamSpeak server could not validate your myTeamSpeak ID. Some myTeamSpeak related services are not available. Reconnecting might solve the issue.

And reconnecting does not fix the problem.

The problem is that without sync I have to request new user rights from admin every time I connect to the server from a new device.

You may get the message caused by a password reset and you can not change it till you enter your recovery key in the client or do a fallback in the client.

I’ve tried reinstalling TS3 and relogging in. None of those worked alongside any of the solutions on the forum.

You can’t reach the services (check your client log) or you did reset your password and did not enter a recovery key.
You are logged in but the service for sync mytsid etc can not be reached or is not started.

Then check that server can reach the myTeamSpeak services

Make sure your login in client is still valid and that you get no errors about the myTSID in your client log.

Can anyone here tell me what this error message means??? Reconnecting does not solve the issue.

I believe I solved my own issue…thanks.

Please read this, to solve your problem.

Can you post your Client log?

I think I have the problem solved but I’m not an expert in network protocols by any means. When I look on the documentation to my server on the Merjor website there are actually two IP addresses. Actually the IP address is the same but the Port is different. Not exactly sure why that would be. I know that I can connect to the server with one of the addresses. I haven’t tried the other one. I have another question. I assume that I provide users with the server name, not the IP address is that correct? Thanks for your response

Hey guys, after i upgraded my PC and make windows etc new i can login into MyTeamspeak, but the probolem is on EVERY server EVERY time comes this message
German: “Der TeamSpeak Server konnte Ihre myTeamSpeak ID nicht validieren. Nicht alle myTeamSpeak Services sind verfügbar.
Neu verbinden könnte das Problem lösen.”
English: “The TeamSpeak server could not validate your myTeamSpeak ID. Not all myTeamSpeak services are available.
Reconnecting could solve the problem.”

I asked the support and the support told me i need to go here ans ask for a solution lol

i am logged in, in the TS3 Client…
i cant select any badge…

i hope someone can help me

I assume you did reset your password and still have to make encryption work again.
So you must use your recovery key to recover encrypted synced items OR reset encryption and delete all synced items from our services.
