Hello everyone, I have a problem with my betakey requesting that this is no longer valid. I just got the code from a very good friend who saved it for me. I hope you can help me

Is it possible they accidentally shared the key with more than one person? Or was it a key they found hidden in an images from TeamSpeak Instagram account that may have had others also find it?

It was a key that I got from a friend who didn’t use it or he got 2 more but didn’t use it

He may need to contact support through email from the address they sent the key to work that out. Since the key was not direct to you from TS not sure there is much you can do wtih TS about it.

This happened to me as well, 2 out of my 3 keys became invalid or they were incorrect in the first place, you need to ask your friend to email teamspeak and ask them for help, he will need to provide some screens as evidence of receiving the keys and if they are really unused he will get a new ones.

I had it. I sent a support request with screenshots of the letter and they gave me new keys
Just message us at [email protected] or click Help & Support on the bottom right of the forum. Send us the codes you received and the date you got them and we’ll sort it out for you.
