TS client crashes on MacOS when connecting

What logs would you like and where are they located in the MacOS version of TS?

Logs on macOS are in this folder:
~/Library/Application\ Support/TeamSpeak\ 3/

Yesterday I updated to the new beta of macOS. Since then the teamspeak client crashes upon trying to open an input device. No error messages or anything. It just crashes silently.

This happens if I connect to a server or try to test my input device.

The previous beta didn‘t have that problem so it is eventually on Apple’s side but maybe it can easily mitigated by the devs.

PS: I know I‘m using a beta and such things can happen. I just wanted to report this issue because in three weeks this version becomes public and this topic won‘t stay calm…

This client version will fix that crash.
http://files.teamspeak-services.com/pre_releases/client/3.5.7-beta.1/

OR update the client to beta 3.6.0

To enable beta updates, simply go into Client’s Options → Application and select “Beta” from the update channel drop down.
Once done you can check for updates using Help → Check for Updates to receive the update.

Would’ve tested it on my own already… but currently resetting the mac because it failed the update …

As mentioned there is a crash log and a crash dump inside the zip.

I mean the MacOS crash report (with wall of text in it). The one you also get with each crash of an application.

There is no crash report in console for teamspeak.
But I managed to grab the system.log:

I’d switched to beta channel a while back and was happy to see an update yesterday. Unfortunately the version stated it’s the one from November 2020 and so the error still exists.

Unfortunately the problem still exist? I can start TS 3.5.6 but as soon as I try to connect to one of my regular servers the client crashes…

I have the same problem. TS crashes on the MacOS beta when connecting tp my guilds room. Maybe i can get a private Messge too to solve this problem?

Same here! I already tried older TS versions. It isn’t working in any way. Clean Installation of 4 Versions with update-process.
