So i got the new Ts5 and my question is if i can mark someone as a buddy to like highlight them?

If he is already in your contact simply right click on the contact (not the chat) and set favorite.

under Appearance if you mean this by highlight Image from Gyazo

And who do i add someone to my contacts?

You can

  • Search for their exact name in the search bar top left
  • Add the contact via the Add Contact button in the contacts list
  • On a server click on their name to reveal more information and add them via the button shown there.
