I would like to setup my self-hosted Server so that the Homebase feature is available for Ts5 Beta Clients.
Can anyone please help me regarding the changes that have to be made for this new feature to work?

You will need to update your server to a TS5 server which is currently not possible, as they are not yet publicly available. When they will be released is TBA
