If you whisper a certain client via key (quick whisper), while you are talking, a short red border is symbolized to the client which disappears directly afterwards.
The red boarder is there as long you hold the Key(s) and shows the targets.
I do not get what the bug is.

First whisper is how it should look
Second whisper is how it is broken (the one that briefly turns red)

This is how it should look and it does here (no matter if i select the user before).
PS a gif with loop is not a good way to define first and second etc.

so u have to start talking and then pressing the whisper hotkey

But it is at the other end. The one who receives the whisper has not a proper marker while the person is talking and then pressing the whisper button
