I was advised by TeamSpeak Support (ticket ID: 112004) to post here for further technical help, as I’m still unable to change the email address on my myTeamSpeak account.
Summary of the problem

On 07/11/2025, I tried to change the email address on my account.
-
I completed both confirmation steps (old email confirmation and new email confirmation with password).
-
After that, the page got stuck on “processing” and never completed.

Support advised that any pending email-change request should automatically clear after 48 hours, but even after following all their steps and waiting well beyond 48 hours, I’m still hitting the same “processing” screen when I try again.
Timeline

07/11/2025 (early morning):
First attempted to change my account email via the website. Completed both confirmation links, but the page stayed stuck on “processing”. -
07/11/2025 (later that day):
Opened support ticket 112004 explaining the issue. -
07/11/2025 (after support reply):
Following their instructions, I:-
Confirmed that my recovery key was saved.

Downloaded and installed the latest TeamSpeak 6 client.

Logged in to my account via the TS6 client.

Changed my password via the client (Settings → Account → Change Password).

Generated a new recovery key in the client.
-
Tried changing the email address again via the website.
At that stage I then started seeing the message that there was already an account registered with the new email address.

10/11/2025:
Support replied again, explaining that my account had entered a partially updated state and that any unconfirmed email-change request should automatically be removed from their system after 48 hours. They advised me to wait and then try again. -
10/11/2025 – 28/11/2025:
I waited well over the 48-hour window before attempting another change. -
29/11/2025 (today):
I tried to change the email address again. Now the page is once more stuck on “processing” and does not complete, so the issue is clearly still present.
Steps completed after contacting support
To recap, after contacting TeamSpeak Support I have:

Saved my recovery key.

Downloaded and installed the latest TeamSpeak 6 client.

Logged in to my account via the TS6 client.

Changed my account password via the client.

Generated a new recovery key via the client.

Tried changing the email address again via the website.

Waited well over 48 hours from the original email-change attempt (from 07/11/2025 to 29/11/2025).

Tried again today (29/11/2025), and the email-change page is still stuck on “processing”.
What I’m asking for
It appears that my account is still stuck in a partial / inconsistent state from the original attempt on 07/11/2025.
Could someone from the TeamSpeak staff please:

Check the backend for my myTeamSpeak account for any stuck or pending email-change request, and clear or reset it so I can complete the process normally, and
-
Confirm whether it is technically and procedurally possible for a support staff member to manually complete or reset the email change on my account (for example, after verifying my ownership of both email addresses via a private channel)?
If manual intervention is not possible due to policy or data protection reasons, could you please explain what the limitation is and what exact steps I should follow next to get this resolved?
