No, it doesnā€™t need to be restarted when making changes. It can just sometimes get stuck, could be if you make too many changes in short time.

Hey, your server has been restarted, so you should be able to make changes again. Unfortunately, Iā€™m running into some issues myself trying to regenerate a privilege key for you, so Iā€™ll have to send this over to our IT so they can have a closer look. Since itā€™s the weekend, this will have to wait until Monday.

Could you also restart the other one (fortex.fra2.teamspeak.com)? Now I canā€™t make changes to this one

We are currently unable to create a new privilege key, as the server group itself has been deleted from the server. Our dev team knows about this and will take care of it, but it may take some time. It may therefore be quicker to suspend the current community and create a new one.

After the suspension, the server configuration will have to be redone on the new one.

It is not possible to change the number of slots for the community. Although a package for 22 slots was originally purchased. Please help me figure out why, when I try to increase the number of slots, I get the response ā€œUnable to continue as current server 05ddele4a-4a42-451b-bde7-818486ea1ddd status is UPDATINGā€

Iā€™ve forwarded this issue and we will restart / update the slots on the Community.

Iā€™ll update my post once the slots are increased.

Server is now updated / back online.
