What is my TeamSpeak username? "@myteamspeak.com" is this an email address?

Looking to understand TS6 contacts to be able to give outside the TS universe.
For example in Discord, Steam profile, & in a youtube video, etc.
To make adding to my contacts much easier.

But all the contacts examples I’ve found say search for or use a teamspeak email address?
The examples I’ve found show [email protected]
I don’t have a teamspeak email address, so (at least I find) this is confusing.

For example if my username in bottom left of TS6 client says JohnDoeExcitemail
So would I tell people: Join TS6 search contact JohnDoeExcitemail
OR do I tell them [email protected]
OR is it case sensitive [email protected]
OR do I give my irl email that I setup teamspeak account with? ie. [email protected]

*afaik excitemail was completely cancelled a few years back, I’ll change examples if it’s back.

This is not an email address, rather an identifier on what server the user is located on. The chat is based on Matrix and users are connected to different chat servers. As an example a user is located on chat-1, he now has the identifier [email protected], but since this would be annoying to remember and type always you can use the @myteamspeak.com. It will always work.

However just the username is in most cases enough and the @myteamspeak.com should be auto filled by the client.

tl;dr
You only need to tell your friends your myTS username which you can find in the bottom left. It is not case sensitive meaning any capitalization will work.
