unfortunately I had to reset my smartphone 2 weeks ago because it could no longer be started. Now I no longer have access to my 2FA’s or OTP’s. I still know an email and password, but when I log in I am not offered an alternative to bypass the active 2FA, what are the possibilities to get back to my account. PS. I created the current account especially to look for help here.

leider musste ich vor 2 Wochen mein Smartphone zurücksetzen, da es sich nicht mehr starten lies. Nun habe ich keinen Zugriff mehr auf meine 2FA’s bzw. OTP’s.
Meine Email und Passwort kenne ich noch, jedoch bekomme ich beim Anmelden keine alternative angeboten um die aktive 2FA zu umgehen, welche Möglichkeiten gibt es an meinen Account wieder ran zu kommen.
PS. den aktuellen Account habe ich extra angelegt um hier nach Hilfe zu suchen.

We currently have no option to recover an account if the 2FA code is lost. I am not sure if or when a recovery option will be added in the future.
All we can offer right now is a manual account deletion if you to use your old username / email address. For this you need to reach out to [email protected]

Thank you for your quick reply. OK, so I understand that the only option is to delete my old account so that I can use my email etc. again? Hmm, that would be a shame, as I’ve had this account for a very long time. I think I’ll wait and hope that a suitable option becomes available at some point. Since I was able to import my identity verification into my new account, I also have admin access to my Teamspeak6 server again, so I’m relaxed about it at the moment.

Hmm das wäre sehr schade, ich ahbe diesen Account schon sehr lange, dann warte ich lieber in der Hoffnung das es eventuell mal eine entsprechende Option geben wird. Da ich meine Identitätssicherung in meinem neuen Account einspielen konnte, habe ich auch wieder Admin-Zugriff auf meinen Teamspeak6-Server von daher ist es im Moment entspannt für mich.
